Meet Gary Stark, home builder, developer, and president of P&E Development Inc. Not only is Gary the driving force behind developing Emerald Meadows, but he has also built many of the new quality homes here. With over 45 years experience in the building industry, his reputation as a quality builder is impeccable. Gary is a “hands-on” type of contractor that works side by side with his crews to assure that each job is done right. Over the years, he has built numerous homes throughout Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, and Granite City.

Stark Contractring has been serving Madison & St. Clair Counties since 1979. Four years prior to that, Gary Stark worked as a foreman for a local contractor. Over time, Gary realized what it took to be more than an average builder, remodeler and developer … take pride in what you do and produce quality workmanship! He is currently involved in and has ownership of over 10 subdivisions in the Madison County area.
